Pricing

What it costs

Your time is valuable. That's the point. These are the prices; the hours you get back are the return.

  • Free Discovery Call

    Free

A free call to work out whether this is worth your time. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly what I think, including if the answer is that you need something other than coaching.

    • An honest look at what you're trying to organize
    • Where I'd start, and what it would take
    • No pitch, and no obligation to book anything
  • Calendar Foundation Session

    Start here

    $180 2 hours

This is a session that helps build the foundation of how we can build your calendar. The goal is to get at least one week planned based on what we talked about. It also includes an executive summary of the session with detailed notes and recommendations.

    • Everything you're carrying, out of your head and onto one surface
    • An honest read on what each thing costs in time and energy
    • Priorities sorted, with the trade-offs named out loud
    • At least one week planned before we finish
  • Individual Follow-Up Session

    $70 60 minutes

One working hour on what's actually in front of you. Book it after a Calendar Foundation Session to keep the plan current, or on its own when the next few weeks look impossible.

    • One focused hour on the week or month ahead
    • Deadlines, appointments, and the thing you keep moving
    • Good as a one-off or as a regular reset
  • Ongoing Monthly Coaching

Available to clients enrolled in Ongoing Monthly Coaching. This optional add-on provides brief support between appointments when you need help applying or adjusting your plan before the next session.

    • Brief questions about your current plan
    • Accountability check-ins
    • Small calendar or priority adjustments
    • Help navigating unexpected changes
    • Support getting unstuck between sessions

Messages are answered during established business hours. This service does not include additional full coaching sessions, unlimited messaging, or guaranteed immediate responses.

Every session ends with a brief summary, emailed to you once we finish. The Calendar Foundation Session is the exception: it includes a fuller executive summary of the session, with detailed notes and recommendations.

Session length and what we cover are negotiable. If the work you want to do needs more or less time than the standard format, or the cost is the thing standing in the way, say so when you get in touch and I'll find something that works.

Sessions are offered online or in person, depending on what you need and what works for scheduling. The in-person area is settled while you book; video calls are held on Microsoft Teams. Payment is by cash or e-transfer. Read the full session, payment and cancellation policies.

Fill out the form and you'll hear back from me with what I recommend we start with.

Important

Coaching is not therapy.

This is practical planning support: organizing your time, clarifying priorities, and building a calendar you can keep. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and nothing here diagnoses or treats any condition. If clinical support is what you need, a licensed professional is the right place to start, and I'll tell you so.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is practical, forward-looking, and focused on planning and organizing your time. It is not therapy, counselling, or mental-health treatment, and I don't diagnose or treat any condition. If what you need is clinical support, a licensed professional is the right place to go, and I'll say so if that's what I think.

What does “ADHD-informed” actually mean?

It means the planning approach accounts for real differences in focus, energy, and executive function: things like time blindness, task initiation, and transition costs. It does not mean I assess, diagnose, or treat ADHD. You do not need a diagnosis to work with me, and I won't ask for one.

Do I need to have my life together first?

No. That's a bit like tidying before the cleaner arrives. Come with the mess: the half-finished lists, the calendar you stopped opening. Seeing the real state of things is step one of the work, not a prerequisite for it.

What if my weeks are never the same?

Then we plan for that instead of pretending otherwise. Variable capacity is a design constraint, not an excuse. Shift work, caregiving, flare-ups, and unpredictable semesters all get planned around directly.

Which should I start with?

If you've never had a system that stuck, start with the Calendar Foundation Session. It builds the foundation for how we build your calendar, and you leave with at least one week planned. If you already know you want the habit to hold, add Ongoing Monthly Coaching after it, which is where the plan actually gets tested against real weeks. If the foundation is already in place and you just need help with what's in front of you, an Individual Follow-Up Session is enough. And if you'd rather not decide on your own, fill out my form and hear back from me with what I recommend we start with.

How do sessions happen, online or in person?

Both are offered, depending on what you need and what works for scheduling. The in-person area is settled while you book. Video calls are held on Microsoft Teams.

Do I get anything in writing afterwards?

Yes. Every session ends with a brief summary, emailed to you once we finish, so you are not relying on memory for what we decided. The Calendar Foundation Session goes further and includes an executive summary of the session with detailed notes and recommendations.

Can sessions be longer, shorter, or built around something specific?

Session length and requirements are negotiable. They depend on what you want to cover and work on, and on what is realistic for you financially. If the standard format is not the right shape for what you are bringing, tell me when you get in touch and we will work it out.

How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?

Payment is by cash or e-transfer. Individual sessions and Calendar Foundation Sessions are paid upon booking, and Ongoing Monthly Coaching is paid in advance at the beginning of each coaching period. Sessions can be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice; less than that is charged at 50% of the session fee, and one late-cancellation fee may be waived as a courtesy. The full policies have their own page.

What if I can't afford this right now?

If you are struggling financially and feel like you may not be able to make these payments, please reach out to me.

Not sure which one to book?

That's what the free discovery call is for. No cost, and a straight recommendation at the end of it. Or fill out my form and hear back from me with what I recommend we start with.
